For the standard scooter — yes, you’ll need a motorbike licence with an International Driving Permit (IDP). No licence? Choose the 50cc option (900,000₫) — it’s in the no-licence class, so most visitors can ride it legally. Tell us your riding experience and we’ll match you with the right bike for the pass.

Très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Le loueur nous a proposé un tarif de 150 000 par jour, ce qui était appréciable. Le scooter était en très bon état et conforme à nos attentes. Deux casques étaient également fournis, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons eu une petite mésentente concernant la date de restitution, due à une erreur de compréhension dans le calcul des jours de location. Malgré cela, le loueur s’est montré très correct et compréhensif en nous laissant une journée supplémentaire sans nous la facturer, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. I wish I can give more than 5 stars. Anh Khoa Team is fantastic! I accidentally found them last year when I was walking along Phan Chu Trinh. At that time, I was able to rent an electric bicycle for some days. This year, at the last minute, I decided to try renting some mini electric scooters, and Anh Khoa was able to deliver! The mini electric scooters were fantastic and very reliable. Also, I had asked for/paid for 13 days, but I made a mistake and only needed 11 days. They refunded me my 2 unused days! I will definitely use Anh Khoa again next time I come to Hoi An, and I very highly recommend them! (Also, I feel they have better English than many places I visited in Hoi An, which was helpful for me, thanks!) Tình cờ thấy anh ấy đang hướng dẫn khách khác đi xe đạp trước cửa khách sạn, tôi cứ nghĩ anh là nhân viên tiệm cho thuê nên đã lại hỏi xem có thuê xe đạp điện được không. Ai ngờ anh ấy siêu nhiệt tình, lấy xe máy chở tôi đến tận tiệm và cho tôi thoải mái chọn lựa giữa rất nhiều chiếc xe ở đó. Vì là lần đầu tiên đi xe đạp điện nên lúc đầu tôi chưa quen với tay ga và tốc độ, có chút sợ hãi. Nhưng tôi đã thích nghi rất nhanh. Xe đi cực kỳ cực kỳ thoải mái luôn! Tôi đã đạp xe đi khắp mọi ngóc ngách của Hội An suốt một ngày (24 tiếng). Mọi người đừng đi bộ dưới trời nắng gắt, cũng đừng đi xe đạp miễn phí (chất lượng không tốt lắm) của khách sạn làm gì, cứ thuê xe đạp điện 24 tiếng chỉ với 100k VNĐ mà đi nha. Một điểm cộng siêu lớn nữa là lúc trả xe, chỉ cần gửi lại ngay tại quầy lễ tân khách sạn mình đang ở là xong! Terms & Conditions
- You must hold a valid driving licence applicable to the vehicle category you are renting. No license is required for electric bikes and 50cc models.
- Minimum age to rent: 18 years old.
- You are responsible for all traffic fines, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period.
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times while riding.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- You must not sub-rent, lend, or transfer the motorbike to any third party.
- The motorbike must be kept safe and securely locked when not in use.
- Please inspect the motorbike thoroughly before departure and report any existing damage to our staff.
- No modifications, alterations, or tampering with the motorbike are permitted.
- Off-road use is not permitted unless the model is specifically designed for it.
- The motorbike must be used for personal transportation purposes only.
- You are responsible for fuel costs during the rental period, unless the Full Tank add-on is selected. Electric bikes: battery swaps at our shop are always free.
- Free self-pickup at our office: 84 Phan Chau Trinh, Hoi An.
- Hotel / door delivery is available for 30,000 VND within Hoi An city.
- Delivery and pickup hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.
- The motorbike must be returned at the agreed location and time.
- Late returns are charged at one additional rental-day rate per 24 hours overdue.
- Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to change your return time or location.
- Full payment is required at the time of pickup.
- A security deposit of 2,000,000 VND (or a copy of your passport) is required.
- The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the motorbike in the same condition.
- No refund is given for early returns, unless agreed upon in advance.
- Accepted payment methods: cash (VND) or bank transfer.
- You are financially responsible for all damage to the motorbike, regardless of fault.
- In the event of an accident, contact us immediately before making any payment to police or third parties.
- Do not admit liability or pay any fine or compensation without first consulting us.
- Motorbike insurance (if purchased) covers partial repair costs — refer to insurance terms for details.
- In the event of theft or total loss, the replacement cost will be charged to you.
- Minor scratches and normal wear are exempt; significant damage will be assessed and charged at cost of repair.
