Only a photo of your passport/ID is required. No original passport is kept. Some premium bikes may require a small deposit.
Yes, we accept major foreign currencies at the current exchange rate.
Rental Policy
1 day = 24 hours (e.g., pick up at 10:00 today → return before 10:00 next day).
Less than 2 hours late = half-day charge. Over 2 hours = full day charge.
No. You are free to ride anywhere (Hoi An – Hue – Da Nang).
Optional motorbike insurance is available from 50,000 VND/day (covers bike + rider).
Please inform us immediately. Replacement fee ranges from 100,000 (normal key) – 800,000 VND (for smart key), depending on the bike model.
Yes, as long as they also register their details with us.
We provide bike registration, third-party insurance, and a copy of your ID/passport.
