Who a mountain bike suits
This is the bike for people who enjoy the ride itself and plan to cover some distance. The gears help on bridges and against the wind off the coast, and the wider tyres feel safer when a village road turns to gravel.
If you only plan to potter around the old town and ride to the beach, a city bike costs half as much and does the job. If you would like help with the pedalling, the electric bicycle costs the same per day as this one.
Where to ride a mountain bike around Hoi An
Road distances from our shop, measured on Google Maps. Hoi An is flat, so most of these are easy rides.
- Tra Que Vegetable Village: 3.2 km, a short first ride among the vegetable plots
- Bay Mau Coconut Forest, Cam Thanh: 3.9 km, on the way out towards the river
- An Bang Beach: 4.8 km, past rice fields to the sea
- Cua Dai Beach: 5.9 km, straight out to the coast
- Kim Bong Carpentry Village, Cam Kim island: 6.5 km, where the gears and tyres earn their keep
🧭 Route idea: cross to Cam Kim island for carpentry villages, quiet lanes and river views, with far less traffic than in town.

Choose a city bike for flat rides around town and to the beach. Choose a mountain bike if you want gears, longer loops or the lanes on Cam Kim island.
Are there actual mountains near Hoi An?
Not really. Hoi An is flat, so here the name means gears and tougher tyres, which suit gravel and island paths.
Can I ride a mountain bike to Marble Mountains?
It is about 18 km each way by road, and much of that is on busy road. Fit cyclists can do it with an early start, but most riders enjoy the island and rice-field routes more.
What comes with the mountain bike?
A helmet and a bike lock are included with the rental.
How much is the deposit?
2,000,000₫, refunded when you return the bike, or a copy or photo of your passport. We never keep your original passport.
Can you deliver the bike to my hotel?
Yes. Hotel delivery starts from 30,000₫, from 07:00 to 21:00 every day. Picking the bike up at 84 Phan Chau Trinh is free.
Is it cheaper to rent for a week or longer?
Yes. Rentals of 7 days or more get 10% off, and 30 days or more get 30% off. We confirm the final price by message.
What if I get a problem on the road?
Call our 24/7 line on +84 766 766 087. Roadside help is free within 10 km of our shop. Further out, we tell you the cost by phone first.

Terms & Conditions
- You must hold a valid driving licence applicable to the vehicle category you are renting. No license is required for electric bikes and 50cc models.
- Minimum age to rent: 18 years old.
- You are responsible for all traffic fines, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period.
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times while riding.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- You must not sub-rent, lend, or transfer the motorbike to any third party.
- The motorbike must be kept safe and securely locked when not in use.
- Please inspect the motorbike thoroughly before departure and report any existing damage to our staff.
- No modifications, alterations, or tampering with the motorbike are permitted.
- Off-road use is not permitted unless the model is specifically designed for it.
- The motorbike must be used for personal transportation purposes only.
- You are responsible for fuel costs during the rental period, unless the Full Tank add-on is selected. Electric bikes: battery swaps at our shop are always free.
- Free self-pickup at our office: 84 Phan Chau Trinh, Hoi An.
- Hotel / door delivery is available for 30,000 VND within Hoi An city.
- Delivery and pickup hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.
- The motorbike must be returned at the agreed location and time.
- Late returns are charged at one additional rental-day rate per 24 hours overdue.
- Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to change your return time or location.
- Full payment is required at the time of pickup.
- A security deposit of 2,000,000 VND (or a copy of your passport) is required.
- The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the motorbike in the same condition.
- No refund is given for early returns, unless agreed upon in advance.
- Accepted payment methods: cash (VND) or bank transfer.
- You are financially responsible for all damage to the motorbike, regardless of fault.
- In the event of an accident, contact us immediately before making any payment to police or third parties.
- Do not admit liability or pay any fine or compensation without first consulting us.
- Motorbike insurance (if purchased) covers partial repair costs — refer to insurance terms for details.
- In the event of theft or total loss, the replacement cost will be charged to you.
- Minor scratches and normal wear are exempt; significant damage will be assessed and charged at cost of repair.
