Description
Hoi An at bicycle speed. Our city bike is the simplest, cheapest way to see the town the way locals do — a step-through frame, a front basket and upright handlebars, rolling past yellow walls, rice paddies and the river. No licence, no fuel, no traffic stress: if you can ride a bicycle, you can ride this one.

Book online at least one day ahead and code HOIANIT10 takes another 10% off. Rentals are charged by the full day — the final quote always comes by message.
Deposit: 2,000,000₫ (fully refunded on return) or a copy / photo of your passport. We never keep your original passport. Cancel before your pick-up time for a full refund.

🌧️ October to December is Hoi An’s rainy season — afternoon showers can arrive fast. Take the free raincoat even if the sky looks clear, and ride out early.
Riding with a small child
Some of our city bikes come with a rear child seat. One adult rides, and the only passenger is a small child in the seat. Mention it when you book so we can set a child-seat bike aside for you. For older kids who ride on their own, see our kid bicycle (ages 4–7) or the balance bike.

Where to ride a city bike from Hoi An
Distances below are measured on Google Maps from our shop door:
- Tra Que Vegetable Village — 3.2 km, flat lanes between herb gardens
- Bay Mau coconut forest, Cam Thanh — 3.9 km, water palms and basket-boat rides
- An Bang Beach — 4.6 km, best for a morning swim before the heat
- The Ancient Town itself — a few minutes away; bicycles are welcome in lanes where motorbikes are restricted (see old town vehicle hours)
🧺 Ride out to Tra Que at sunrise, before the heat — then loop back along the paddy lanes for breakfast in town. It is the prettiest short ride in Hoi An.

City bike, mountain bike or electric bicycle?
Pick the city bike for the old town, Tra Que and the beach — short, flat rides at an easy pace. Choose a mountain bike (100,000₫/day) if you want gears and wider tyres for longer countryside loops or dirt tracks. And if the heat or the distance worries you, the electric bicycle (100,000₫/day) adds a quiet pedal-assist motor.

Terms & Conditions
- You must hold a valid driving licence applicable to the vehicle category you are renting. No license is required for electric bikes and 50cc models.
- Minimum age to rent: 18 years old.
- You are responsible for all traffic fines, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period.
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times while riding.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- You must not sub-rent, lend, or transfer the motorbike to any third party.
- The motorbike must be kept safe and securely locked when not in use.
- Please inspect the motorbike thoroughly before departure and report any existing damage to our staff.
- No modifications, alterations, or tampering with the motorbike are permitted.
- Off-road use is not permitted unless the model is specifically designed for it.
- The motorbike must be used for personal transportation purposes only.
- You are responsible for fuel costs during the rental period, unless the Full Tank add-on is selected. Electric bikes: battery swaps at our shop are always free.
- Free self-pickup at our office: 84 Phan Chau Trinh, Hoi An.
- Hotel / door delivery is available for 30,000 VND within Hoi An city.
- Delivery and pickup hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.
- The motorbike must be returned at the agreed location and time.
- Late returns are charged at one additional rental-day rate per 24 hours overdue.
- Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to change your return time or location.
- Full payment is required at the time of pickup.
- A security deposit of 2,000,000 VND (or a copy of your passport) is required.
- The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the motorbike in the same condition.
- No refund is given for early returns, unless agreed upon in advance.
- Accepted payment methods: cash (VND) or bank transfer.
- You are financially responsible for all damage to the motorbike, regardless of fault.
- In the event of an accident, contact us immediately before making any payment to police or third parties.
- Do not admit liability or pay any fine or compensation without first consulting us.
- Motorbike insurance (if purchased) covers partial repair costs — refer to insurance terms for details.
- In the event of theft or total loss, the replacement cost will be charged to you.
- Minor scratches and normal wear are exempt; significant damage will be assessed and charged at cost of repair.
