Terms & Conditions
- You must hold a valid driving licence applicable to the vehicle category you are renting. No license is required for electric bikes and 50cc models.
- Minimum age to rent: 18 years old.
- You are responsible for all traffic fines, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period.
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times while riding.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- You must not sub-rent, lend, or transfer the motorbike to any third party.
- The motorbike must be kept safe and securely locked when not in use.
- Please inspect the motorbike thoroughly before departure and report any existing damage to our staff.
- No modifications, alterations, or tampering with the motorbike are permitted.
- Off-road use is not permitted unless the model is specifically designed for it.
- The motorbike must be used for personal transportation purposes only.
- You are responsible for fuel costs during the rental period, unless the Full Tank add-on is selected. Electric bikes: battery swaps at our shop are always free.
- Free self-pickup at our office: 84 Phan Chau Trinh, Hoi An.
- Hotel / door delivery is available for 30,000 VND within Hoi An city.
- Delivery and pickup hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.
- The motorbike must be returned at the agreed location and time.
- Late returns are charged at one additional rental-day rate per 24 hours overdue.
- Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to change your return time or location.
- Full payment is required at the time of pickup.
- A security deposit of 2,000,000 VND (or a copy of your passport) is required.
- The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the motorbike in the same condition.
- No refund is given for early returns, unless agreed upon in advance.
- Accepted payment methods: cash (VND) or bank transfer.
- You are financially responsible for all damage to the motorbike, regardless of fault.
- In the event of an accident, contact us immediately before making any payment to police or third parties.
- Do not admit liability or pay any fine or compensation without first consulting us.
- Motorbike insurance (if purchased) covers partial repair costs — refer to insurance terms for details.
- In the event of theft or total loss, the replacement cost will be charged to you.
- Minor scratches and normal wear are exempt; significant damage will be assessed and charged at cost of repair.
