How the motorbike delivery fee works
Three things worth knowing before you read the table.

The fee tracks distance and nothing else. Twenty thousand dong covers the beach hotels a few minutes out; a hundred and seventy thousand covers a resort our driver spends most of an hour reaching and the same coming back. In between there are seven price steps, and every one of them is in the list below.
The motorbike delivery fee inside Hoi An centre
From 30,000₫, anywhere within about 5 km of the Old Town — the market area, Bach Dang, Nguyen Phuc Chu, Tran Hung Dao, and the hotels scattered through the lanes behind them. It applies to rentals of one day or more.
That is the price whether you are five minutes from the shop or on the far side of the Thu Bon bridge. For most travellers staying in the centre, this is the only number on the page that matters.

Not on the list? How the motorbike delivery fee is worked out
Thirty-three hotels is a lot but it is not everywhere. For anything not listed, the fee follows the same distance bands, and you can estimate yours:

For reference, measured with Google Maps from the Old Town: Sheraton Grand Da Nang is 15.1 km / 31 minutes; the Nam Hoi An resorts are 23.5 km / 40 minutes down QL1A. Those two numbers explain the whole spread — a delivery to Nam Hoi An occupies a driver for an hour and a half round trip.
What delivery actually includes
The fee is not just transport. What arrives with the bike:
- The bike, fuelled enough to reach a station — not full, and not empty either.
- Two helmets, fitted and adjusted on the spot rather than handed over in a bag.
- The document folder — registration and the compulsory liability certificate, which live under the seat.
- A walk-around with you: brakes, lights, horn, tyres, existing scratches photographed together.
- The rental contract, signed there, with the insurance decision made before the driver leaves.
That last point matters. Damage cover at 50,000₫ a day is added at handover and cannot be added later, so the two minutes while the driver is still standing there is the moment to decide.
Delivery is not a courier drop. Our driver stays until you have sat on the bike, tried the brakes and signed — because everything that goes wrong later starts with something nobody checked at the start.
Booking it, and what we need from you
- Pick the bike on our fleet page, or just tell us what you want.
- Message +84 935 206 306 on WhatsApp or Zalo with the hotel name, the date, and roughly what time.
- We confirm the fee from the list above before you commit — no quoting after the fact.
- Give us a 30-minute window rather than an exact minute. Hoi An traffic between four and six is unpredictable and we would rather be honest than late.
- Be there in person. The contract needs the rider, not a receptionist.
Delivery runs 07:00 to 21:00. Outside those hours we can sometimes arrange it, but ask rather than assume — late arrivals are common enough that we would rather plan for them than improvise.
Returning the bike
Collection is already paid for — it is the second half of the same fee. Three ways it usually goes:

Leave a little fuel in it and hand over the helmets. We do not measure the tank to the millilitre, but returning it dry when it left with half a tank is the sort of thing that gets noticed.
When the motorbike delivery fee is worth paying
Delivery is not automatically the right call. It is worth the money in some situations and a waste of it in others, and we would rather say which is which.

The honest version: for a couple staying in the centre for two days, walking to the shop is fine and we will not push delivery on you. For everyone else it usually costs less than the alternative.
One-way rentals and the delivery fee
One-way rentals — Hoi An to Hue over Hai Van Pass, or Hoi An to Da Nang — work differently. You do not return the bike to us at all; you leave it at the destination and our partner there collects it.
On those rentals the delivery fee at the Hoi An end still applies from the table above, but there is no collection half because we are not collecting. The drop-off arrangement at the far end is included in the one-way price, not billed as delivery.
Delivery for weekly and monthly rentals
Long rentals change the arithmetic on the motorbike delivery fee, in your favour.
The fee is charged once, not per week. A month-long rental to a hotel in the 30,000₫ band pays 30,000₫ total for delivery and collection across the whole month — which works out at about a thousand dong a day, or nothing worth thinking about. On a one-day rental the same fee is a quarter of what the bike costs.

Monthly rentals also include a free maintenance check partway through — we come to you for that, and there is no second delivery fee for it. If something needs replacing, an oil change or a tyre, that happens at your hotel rather than costing you a morning at the shop.
Weekly and monthly rates themselves drop considerably against the daily price, up to 30% for a month. The delivery fee is the small part of a long booking; the bike rate is where the saving is.

How much is the motorbike delivery fee in Hoi An?

Is the delivery fee charged each way?
No. One fee covers bringing the bike to you and collecting it again. If you return the bike to our shop yourself, nothing is refunded — the fee is the same either way.
Do I pay the fee for each bike if we rent several?
No. The fee is per delivery, not per bike. Three bikes to the same hotel at the same time cost one delivery fee.
My hotel is not in the list — what will it cost?
It follows the same distance bands: under 5 km is 20,000–30,000₫, 5–10 km is 40,000–70,000₫, 10–16 km is 50,000–100,000₫, and 16–25 km is 150,000–170,000₫. Message us the hotel name on +84 935 206 306 and we will confirm the exact figure before you book.
Can you deliver a motorbike to Da Nang airport?
No. We do not hand bikes over at the terminal — the arrivals area does not permit it. Take a taxi or Grab to your hotel and we will meet you there instead, at the fee listed for that hotel.
What are the delivery hours?
07:00 to 21:00 daily. Outside those hours we can sometimes arrange something, but ask when you book rather than assuming — and send your flight number if you are arriving late, so we can move the delivery if the plane is delayed.
Can I return the bike at a different hotel?
Yes. Moving hotels mid-rental is common. Tell us the new address and we requote the collection from the same table — sometimes cheaper, sometimes not, but always quoted before we come.
Can I change the delivery time or address after booking?
Yes, as long as you message us before the driver leaves. Changing the address may change the fee if it moves you into a different distance band; changing only the time costs nothing.
About these prices: the 33 hotel fees are our own 2026 round-trip rates and are what you pay — they are not estimates. Distances quoted in §04 were measured with Google Maps directions from the Old Town (15.8772, 108.3268) in August 2026: Sheraton Grand Da Nang 15.1 km, Nam Hoi An 23.5 km via QL1A.
