Finding good pizza in Hoi An is easier than you’d think — the town has a genuine Neapolitan wood-fired scene, a Venetian chef who’s been here since 2003, and a brewery serving 50cm New York slices. The 15 best pizza in Hoi An, compared
This table is the fastest way to compare every pizza in Hoi An worth your time — by price, location and what each place is actually good at. All ratings below are from TripAdvisor as of July 2026. One note on addresses: since 1 July 2025, Quang Nam province merged into Da Nang City, so Hoi An’s full administrative address is now “Hoi An, Da Nang City” rather than “Hoi An, Quang Nam”. Google Maps still works with either.

1. Cardi Pizzeria — the best pizza in Hoi An if you want it done properly
Cardi Pizzeria Hoi An
4.8 ★ TripAdvisorNeapolitan wood ovenItalian flourMix 2 flavoursSteak & pasta too
If we could only send you to one place for pizza in Hoi An, it’d be Cardi. The difference is in the hardware: a wood-fired oven and ingredients imported directly from Italy, naturally leavened dough, and a bake time short enough that the base stays moist instead of drying out the way electric-oven pizza does.
You’ll taste it in the first bite — a puffed, leopard-spotted cornicione that stays soft inside. Most other pizza in Hoi An comes out of an electric oven. Still good, just flatter and more evenly coloured.
The house favourite is the Quattro Formaggi (250,000đ), built on imported cheeses over a low-GI dough. If you’re indecisive, Cardi lets you mix two flavours on one pizza — genuinely useful for two people.
Cardi menu prices (July 2026)
| Pizza | Price | ≈ USD |
|---|---|---|
| Margherita | 140,000đ | ~$5.30 |
| Salsiccia (fresh sausage) | 190,000đ | ~$7.20 |
| Diavola | 200,000đ | ~$7.60 |
| Hawaii | 210,000đ | ~$8.00 |
| Carpaccio e Speck | 210,000đ | ~$8.00 |
| Prosciutto e Funghi | 220,000đ | ~$8.35 |
| Seafood | 230,000đ | ~$8.75 |
| Quattro Formaggi | 250,000đ | ~$9.50 |
| Squid Ink Spaghetti | 260,000đ | ~$9.90 |

Cardi fills up between 18:30 and 20:00. Call 0989 232 315 to book, or turn up at 11:00 when the oven is fresh and the room is empty.
2–4. The best pizza in Hoi An Ancient Town
If you’re staying in the Old Town and don’t want to ride anywhere, these three are your realistic options for pizza in Hoi An on foot.
Good Morning Vietnam
4.4 ★ (2,032)The closest thing Hoi An has to a proper Italian trattoria. Chef Luca Scale, originally from Venice, opened this place in 2003 and it’s been an Old Town fixture ever since — homemade pizza and pasta with ingredients brought in from Italy. With 2,032 reviews at 4.4★, it’s not the highest-rated on this list, but it’s the most established, and it’s walkable from anywhere in the Ancient Town.
Note: the phone number floating around online uses the retired 0510 area code. Just walk in, or book through their Facebook page.
Art Space
4.9 ★ (215)A large wood-fired oven on an outdoor terrace inside the Anantara resort, plus an art-filled dining room. It’s the highest-rated wood-fired option in town at 4.9★. You’re paying resort prices, but you’re also getting a riverside terrace and a proper wine list. Worth it for one nice evening; not your everyday pizza.
7 Bridges Hoi An Taproom
Craft beer + pizzaThese are New York style, they’re 50cm across, and they may well be the biggest pizzas in Vietnam. The clever bit: the dough is made with spent-grain flour left over from the brewery next door. Split one between three or four people, order a flight of craft beer, and you’ve solved dinner. This is the most fun pizza in Hoi An, if not the most refined.
50cmCraft beer on tapSpent-grain dough
5–9. Where the expats and repeat visitors actually eat
Look at the address column again and you’ll notice three of the highest-rated places sit within 20 metres of each other on Tran Nhan Tong, out in Cam Chau. This is Hoi An’s real pizza street — about 10 minutes by bike from the Japanese Bridge, heading toward the beach. If you’ve only got one evening and want good pizza in Hoi An without overthinking it, ride out here and take whichever has a free table.
Mr Hoà’s Kitchen — An Bang Beach
4.9 ★ (128)Currently ranked #1 in TripAdvisor’s Pizza category for Hoi An. It’s out at An Bang, which makes the perfect day: swim in the morning, pizza for lunch, ride back through the rice paddies in the afternoon. You’ll need a bike or bicycle to get here.
Restaurant & Cafe Tuấn
4.9 ★ (3,881)Nearly 3,900 reviews and still holding 4.9★ — the most-reviewed place on this entire list. Pizza, burgers, pasta and grills. Vicky, who runs it, is the reason people come back two or three times in one trip.
Nhan’s Kitchen
4.9 ★ (3,102)3,100+ reviews at 4.9★ speaks for itself. Fast, cheap, fresh, and you pick your own toppings. No atmosphere to speak of — this is the safe bet when you’re in a group and nobody wants to spend much.

Firefly Restaurant & Bar
4.9 ★ (2,627)The widest menu of the three: a nine-topping loaded pizza, seafood pizza (prawn, squid, clam, crab stick) on a pesto base, triple-mozzarella, Hawaiian, and a Chicken Trio with grilled, garlic-butter and mushroom-sauce chicken. They also cook Vietnamese food, which matters if someone in your group has had enough of Western dinners.
Pizza Boom
4.8 ★ (66)Reviewers don’t hedge here: “best pizza in Hoi An, if not Vietnam.” Thick-crust wood-fired, with the seafood and chicken pizzas as the sellers. It sits on the Cua Dai road, so it’s an easy stop riding from the Old Town to the beach.
10–15. Pizza in Hoi An for special cases
Date night, tight budget, vegetarian, or 11pm hunger — these six cover the pizza in Hoi An edge cases the big lists usually ignore.
Lim Dining Room
4.8 ★ (127)For when you want a proper Italian dinner rather than just something filling. Heritage-house setting on Nguyen Thai Hoc, careful service, refined cooking. Book ahead.
Herbal Pizza & Steak
4.7 ★ (86)Thin, crispy wood-fired bases with generous toppings — the sausage-and-fries, salmon and pesto-prawn pizzas are the ones people mention. The steak half of the menu solves the classic problem of one person in the group not wanting pizza.
HoiAnPizza.com por Phuong Uyen — cheapest
5.0 ★ (42)The only place here holding a perfect 5.0★, across 42 reviews. Reviewers call it a hidden gem — good pizza and spaghetti at the lowest prices in the area. Small family operation out in Cam Chau, so you’ll need to ride there. On a tight budget, start here.
Cheapest on the listPerfect 5.0★Spaghetti too
Pizza Oi — free delivery
4.4 ★ (258)An odd but well-liked Italian–Japanese hybrid, with the chef making his own fresh pasta. Prices run above average and the room is bigger and cleaner than most. The real draw: free delivery around Hoi An, which is the answer when it’s raining and you’re not leaving the hotel.

Green Farm Pizza — 100% vegetarian
5.0 ★ (1 review)An entirely vegetarian menu, wood-fired, farm-fresh vegetables and homemade sauce. Margherita starts around 105,000đ per their published menu, up to about 220,000đ for a large. They deliver. And they’re open until midnight, which makes them the default answer for late-night pizza in Hoi An.
That 5.0★ comes from exactly one TripAdvisor review, so treat it as promising rather than proven. We’ve listed it because it’s the only fully vegetarian pizzeria in town and the only one open past 22:00 — not because of the score.
Pineapple Restaurant (Pizza Thom)
4.3 ★ (342)Right in the Ancient Town on Le Loi, easy to find. Its trademark is a sweet-potato-stuffed crust rim — you won’t find that anywhere else in Hoi An. Thin base, small room, just the ground floor.
Le Loi is inside the pedestrian zone and motorbikes are banned for large parts of the day. Park at a lot on the edge of the Old Town (5,000–10,000đ) and walk in.
How much does pizza in Hoi An cost?
| Tier | Per pizza | ≈ USD | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Budget | 60k – 130k | $2.30 – $5 | Phuong Uyen, Nhan’s Kitchen, Cafe Tuấn |
| Mid-range | 130k – 200k | $5 – $7.60 | Firefly, Pizza Boom, Herbal, Pineapple |
| Authentic Italian | 140k – 260k | $5.30 – $10 | Cardi, Good Morning Vietnam, Pizza Oi |
| Fine dining / resort | 250k+ | $9.50+ | Lim Dining Room, Art Space |
| The 50cm outlier | 400k | ~$15 | 7 Bridges (feeds 3–4) |
A medium pizza feeds one hungry person or two light eaters. For two, one pizza plus one pasta plus two drinks lands around 350,000đ – 500,000đ (~$13 – $19) at the authentic-Italian tier.
Compared with Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City, budget pizza in Hoi An runs roughly 10–20% cheaper. At the wood-fired Italian end it’s the same — imported flour and cheese cost what they cost, wherever you are.
Getting to the best pizza in Hoi An: what most guides skip
Here’s the thing nobody mentions. Of these 15 places, only five are in or near the Ancient Town (Good Morning Vietnam, Lim Dining Room, Pineapple, 7 Bridges, Art Space). The other ten are spread across Cam Chau, Cam Pho, Cua Dai and An Bang — which means you need wheels.
The pizza map of Hoi An simply doesn’t fit inside the walkable Old Town the way the cao lau and banh mi map does. That’s why so many travellers read a list, pick a place, and then quietly give up when they realise it’s 6km away and it’s raining.
- Walking: only works for the five Old Town spots above.
- Bicycle: fine for the Tran Nhan Tong cluster — 15–20 minutes from the Japanese Bridge.
- Motorbike or e-scooter: the flexible option. An Bang and Cua Dai are 10–15 minutes away, and you can carry on afterwards.
- Grab / taxi: works, but adds up, and getting a ride home from An Bang late at night is genuinely hard.
Everywhere on Tran Nhan Tong, Hai Ba Trung, Cua Dai and An Bang has free parking out front. Only the Old Town places require you to use a paid lot (5,000–10,000đ) and walk in, because motorbikes are restricted inside the pedestrian zone for much of the day.
No motorbike licence?
This trips up a lot of travellers. In Vietnam you need a Vietnamese licence or an IDP with an A1 endorsement to legally ride anything 50cc and above. The workaround: 50cc scooters and e-bikes need no licence and will comfortably reach every place on this list, An Bang included. Our rental FAQ covers the licence rules in more detail.
🛵 Want to eat your way through all 15?
We don’t sell pizza — but we’ll get you to it. Hotel delivery from 30,000đ, 24/7 WhatsApp support, and 50cc and electric options that need no licence.

Where is the best pizza in Hoi An?
For authentic Neapolitan, Cardi Pizzeria (01 Duong 18/8) — wood-fired oven, Italian flour, 4.8★. For a classic Italian trattoria in the Old Town, Good Morning Vietnam (11 Le Loi), run by Venetian chef Luca Scale since 2003. By sheer weight of traveller reviews, Restaurant & Cafe Tuấn (4.9★, 3,881 reviews) and Nhan’s Kitchen (4.9★, 3,102 reviews) are the most popular in town.
How much is a pizza in Hoi An?
Between 60,000đ and 260,000đ (~$2.30–$10) depending on the tier. Budget spots run 60k–130k, mid-range 130k–200k, wood-fired Italian 140k–260k, and fine dining from 250k. The outlier is 7 Bridges’ 50cm New York pizza at 400,000đ, which feeds three or four.
Which pizza in Hoi An places deliver to your hotel?
Pizza Oi (639 Hai Ba Trung) delivers free within Hoi An — call 0352 203 718. Green Farm Pizza also delivers, and Cardi Pizzeria takes online orders through their website. GrabFood and ShopeeFood cover most of the rest.
Is there late-night pizza in Hoi An?
Mostly no — the majority close by 21:30–22:00. The exception is Green Farm Pizza (220 Nguyen Duy Hieu), open until midnight every day. After that, your options shift to the bars in the Old Town and around An Bang.
Is there vegetarian or vegan pizza in Hoi An?
Yes. Green Farm Pizza is 100% vegetarian — margherita, garlic mushroom, aubergine, triple pepper, farm-fresh veg. Most other places on this list carry at least one vegetarian option: Firefly does a veg pizza with black olives, cherry tomato, mushroom, pineapple, corn and mozzarella.
Is there real wood-fired pizza in Hoi An?
Yes — Cardi Pizzeria, Art Space, Herbal Pizza & Steak, Pizza Boom and Green Farm Pizza all use wood-fired ovens. The rest of the pizza in Hoi An comes out of electric ovens, which still produces good pizza but a flatter, drier base.
How far is the pizza in Hoi An from the Ancient Town?
The Tran Nhan Tong cluster (Nhan’s Kitchen, Firefly, Cafe Tuấn) is 8–12 minutes by motorbike. Hai Ba Trung (Pizza Oi, Herbal) is 5–8 minutes. Pizza Boom on Cua Dai is about 10 minutes, Mr Hoà’s at An Bang 12–15 minutes. Good Morning Vietnam, Lim, Pineapple, 7 Bridges and Art Space are walkable.
Is Hoi An in Quang Nam or Da Nang?
As of 1 July 2025, Quang Nam province merged into Da Nang City. Hoi An’s wards were reorganised — Minh An, Cam Pho, Son Phong, Cam Nam and Cam Kim became Hoi An ward; Cam Thanh, Cua Dai and Cam Chau became Hoi An Dong ward. So the correct address is now “Hoi An, Da Nang City”. Older listings still say Quang Nam; both work on Google Maps.
The verdict: the best pizza in Hoi An for you
There’s no single best pizza in Hoi An — it depends what you’re after. Want it done properly by Italian standards? Cardi. Want the Old Town institution with 20+ years behind it? Good Morning Vietnam. Want to feed four people and drink craft beer? 7 Bridges. Want to spend $2.30? Phuong Uyen. Want it vegetarian, or want it at 11pm? Green Farm.
What the good ones have in common is that they don’t try to please everyone. Cardi commits to Neapolitan and charges for it. Phuong Uyen commits to cheap and accepts a tiny room. Pick for the evening you’re actually having.
Prefer this guide in Vietnamese? We keep a separate, slightly different list here: Pizza Hội An: Top 12 quán ngon nhất. And if you need a bike to reach any of it, we’re right here.
