Yes — three routes: Hoi An → Hue, Hue → Hoi An and Hoi An → Da Nang — ideal for Hai Van Pass trips. The one-way fee is included in the listed price, and your first 2 bags are transferred between cities free (each extra bag 50,000₫). In Hue, the pick-up/drop-off point is 201 Tran Phu Street. No motorbike licence? The Hue → Hoi An route also has a 50cc no-licence option (900,000₫).
Yes, just notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
Free if you cancel 12 hours before pick-up. Last-minute cancellations may incur a preparation fee.

Only a photo of your passport/ID is required. No original passport is kept. Some premium bikes may require a small deposit.

Rental Policy
1 day = 24 hours (e.g., pick up at 10:00 today → return before 10:00 next day).
Less than 2 hours late = half-day charge. Over 2 hours = full day charge.
No. You are free to ride anywhere (Hoi An – Hue – Da Nang).
Optional motorbike insurance is available from 50,000 VND/day (covers bike + rider).
Please inform us immediately. Replacement fee ranges from 100,000 (normal key) – 800,000 VND (for smart key), depending on the bike model.

For bikes 110cc and above — yes: a valid motorbike licence (A category) plus an International Driving Permit (IDP 1968). No licence? Our 50cc bikes & e-bikes are in the no-licence class and legal for most visitors — with the same free helmets and hotel delivery.
We provide bike registration, third-party insurance, and a copy of your ID/passport.
Yes. Our staff will show you how to operate the bike before you ride or join the motorbike lesson.
