Yes. We accept online payments via bank transfer, or e-wallets (Momo, PayPal).
Yes. We offer delivery and pick-up at your hotel/house in Hoi An. A small fee applies (50,000 β 100,000 VND round-trip depending on distance).
Yes, with an additional fee. This service is popular for one-way trips.
Yes. You can rent in Hoi An and return in Hue one-way or Da Nang, ideal for Hai Van Pass trips.
Yes, just notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
Free if you cancel 12 hours before pick-up. Last-minute cancellations may incur a preparation fee.

Yes. We accept cards (with 3% in total), cash, and bank transfers.
Yes, up toΒ 20% off when booking directly on our website (apply booking before 1 day).
Only a photo of your passport/ID is required. No original passport is kept. Some premium bikes may require a small deposit.
Yes, we accept major foreign currencies at the current exchange rate.
Rental Policy
1 day = 24 hours (e.g., pick up at 10:00 today β return before 10:00 next day).
Less than 2 hours late = half-day charge. Over 2 hours = full day charge.
No. You are free to ride anywhere (Hoi An β Hue β Da Nang).
Optional motorbike insurance is available from 50,000 VND/day (covers bike + rider).
Please inform us immediately. Replacement fee ranges from 100,000 (normal key) β 800,000 VND (for smart key), depending on the bike model.
Yes, as long as they also register their details with us.
We provide bike registration, third-party insurance, and a copy of your ID/passport.
Yes. Our staff will show you how to operate the bike before you ride or join the motorbike lesson.

Yes, all bikes are serviced regularly and checked before delivery.

Yes, 2 raincoats and a phone holder are included free of charge.
You can charge at your hotel or swap batteries for free at our office.
