Weekly and monthly rates are lower per day — a month never costs thirty times the daily rate. Message us with the dates and we will quote the actual figure rather than making you do arithmetic.
What comes with every laptop rental Hoi An booking
Every machine goes out ready to work. No setup, no downloads, no hunting for a charger that fits.
- Fully charged, and updates already installed so Windows does not decide to restart during your call.
- Power adapter and cable — with a Vietnamese plug, which is the two-pin type your own charger may not have.

The number looks high next to a motorbike deposit, and the reason is simple arithmetic: a MacBook Air costs more than most of the scooters in our fleet. The deposit is not a profit centre; it is the gap between trusting someone with a phone number and trusting them with a machine worth twenty million dong.

How to rent one, start to finish

- Confirm the dates. Nothing to pay up front, and no cancellation fee if your plans change before pickup.
- Collect at 84 Phan Chau Trinh, or ask for delivery to your hotel in Hoi An.
- Bring ID and the deposit — passport or ID card to sign the agreement, 5,000,000₫ or 200 USD in cash.
- Open it together. We turn it on, check the screen and keyboard with you, and note any existing marks before you sign.
- Return it to the shop or ask us to collect. Deposit back on the spot.
Total time at the shop is about ten minutes — laptop rental Hoi An is meant to be the fast part of a bad day. If you are in a hurry, message ahead and the paperwork will be ready when you arrive.

The honest split: a morning of email in a cafe is fine and we would not sell you anything. A week of client work, a deadline, or anything involving a video call is where a machine of your own for the duration stops being a luxury.

Two things people forget when they price up buying. First, a Vietnamese-market laptop usually ships with a Vietnamese keyboard layout and a Vietnamese Windows install — fixable, but a morning of your holiday. Second, warranty on a machine bought here is a Vietnamese warranty, which is worth little once you fly home.
