Rental Policy

Requirements: Provide a passport/ID and a valid license, or rent a 50cc/electric scooter without a license.

Security Deposit: Leave a 500,000 - 15,000,000 VND deposit (varies by bike type) if not providing original documents.

Rates: 50,000 VND/hour (no delivery), from 90,000 VND/day, discounts for rentals over 7 days.

Rental & Return: Minimum rental is 1 day. Late returns: 10% fee for 1-3 hours, 1 extra day for over 3 hours.

Customer Responsibilities: Ensure the motorbike's safety. Avoid overloading, racing, or illegal use. Report issues to Anh Khoa immediately.

Cancellation: Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
