RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy Duration
Our refund and returns policy for motorbike rental lasts for 30 days before your rental start date. After this period, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled rental date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before or no-shows are non-refundable.
Changes to Booking
You may reschedule your booking without extra charges if you inform us at least 3 days before your rental date. All changes depend on availability.
Refund Process
Once your cancellation is received and approved, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, since there is often some processing time before a refund is completed.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
No Refund Situations
- No refund will be given for early returns once the rental period has started.
- No refund for customers who fail to present valid identification or a valid license (if required) at the time of pickup.
- No refund for any unused days during the rental period.
