Grasshopper Adventures is a young, dynamic, international active adventure tour operator. We offer tours by bike throughout Asia and have 9 offices across SE Asia. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, Vietnamese National to join our team as a Tour Coordinator.
Location: Hoi An
Hours: 5 days per week, 8-hour workday

The position
As a Tour Coordinator, you are the primary contact point for our day and multi-day tour
customers. You will communicate by phone and email in English with those customers to process their bookings and answer any questions they may have about the tour that they are booking.
You will then make the arrangements for those tours. You will schedule guides for tours, book vehicle charters, assign bikes and equipment to customers and book hotels, 3rd party provider activities and in some case, domestic flights.
You will work as part of a young, energetic and inclusive team who love what
we do. Your immediate supervisor will be the Operations Manager for
Vietnam and your colleagues will be shop supervisors, other Tour Coordinators, accounting staff, guides and technical staff. Your colleagues further afield in other countries are many and we are all focused on delivery world class tour experiences to customers of many nationalities.
Job Requirements:
● Good written and spoken English
● Confidence in communication with customers by phone and in person
● Great personal organization ability and time management
● Experience in using cloud computing systems like Gmail and google drive
● A flexible approach to getting the job done to a high standard and in a timely manner
● Good problem solving skills
● A sincere approach to communication with both colleagues and customers
● A desire to work as part of a team, but being individually accountable for your own
